We ship to most countries, all over the world, with the exception of countries where we are prohibited from shipping based on international agreements and shipping restrictions. A list of supported countries can be found HERE
Where are the orders shipped from?
We have our products stocked in Japan.
You're receiving your order from the nearest facility depending on where you're ordering from. Please note, it's hard to keep every product stocked in all facilities so some products might arrive sooner than others even if they're in the same order.
Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?
Yes all watches will get expedited shipped.
We currently do not offer expedited shipping for our clothing, but we will make sure you get your order as soon as possible!
What does ethical mean to us?
The store is committed to maintaining the highest level of integrity throughout the business, and seeks the same commitment from its manufacturing partners. One of the priorities is to ensure that the people who work on and make the products are treated with fairness and respect. The store works with suppliers and manufacturers who meet its high standards for safe, healthy work conditions, and whose employment practices conform with local law and best industry practices. These standards include a strict prohibition against child labour, forced labour, unsafe working conditions, or unfair wage practices.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping unless there is something wrong with the product.
Are there additional costs upon delivery (customs, duties, taxes)?
Sometimes there can be additional costs due upon delivery for non-Canada and non-US orders. We cannot be responsible for any additional import charges charged by your country's import laws. This is out of our control and unfortunately we can not know or foresee what additional charges may be due upon delivery. Please note that should you have to pay additional fees at the door, these are your responsibility. If you do not pay them then your order will be returned to us and at which point, we will issue you a refund less the original shipping cost plus a handling fee of $10.00 USD.
